After ostensibly reaching a verbal agreement with the UFC, Bibiano Fernandes was apparently not pleased with what he was offered. Enter One FC, who offered the former DREAM Featherweight and Bantamweight Champion a far more lucrative contract, one "The Flash" has gladly accepted.
