Photographer James Bowden has just posted a collection of photos from a surf trip to the Outer Hebrides on his website.
The series documents him, a chef and a musician taking off in a Renault van armed with surfboards, sleeping bags and a gas cooker to explore these islands in the far west of Scotland.
